Can you use my existing stone or metal?
On a case by case basis, we may decide to work with an appraised and insured heirloom diamond. Resetting an heirloom diamond has a starting price point of $3,500 for a .5ct diamond.
We are unable to work with provided metal, or gemstones at this time.
Is there a minimum price for custom work?
Custom engravings start at an additional $200 for letters and numbers and an additional $500 for custom imagery.
Custom bands start at $2,000.
Customizing a piece from the collection starts at $3,000.
Fully custom engagement rings start at $5,000. (This includes, but is not limited to, pieces that require a custom setting).
For very simple customizations (metal type, a different colored stone that does not require special sourcing, adding a small stone), there is no minimum, but customizations typically add to the cost of the piece.
Please keep in mind that all customizations require additional consideration, time, and labor, and in some cases additional materials and/or more expensive materials, which all significantly increase the pricing of the work.
How long do custom pieces take?
They typically have a 14-20 week turnaround, not including shipping.
Can you make me a ring without a center stone set?
We do not sell unfinished work, and therefore do not offer pieces with unset stones.
