Return Policy
Cancellations/Refunds
Since each piece is made to order specially for the purchaser, once an order is placed it goes immediately into production and cannot be cancelled for a refund.
Changes to orders can be made on a case by case basis depending on where the order is in production, but may require a fee.
All solid gold jewelry, engagement rings, one of a kind pieces, sale pieces, and custom/altered work is considered final sale.
Exchanges
Brass and sterling silver rings may be exchanged for a different size. Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and pieces must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Exchange authorization is required so please email for approval or your exchange will not be accepted.
If an exchange is approved we ask that you please take care when trying on your new jewelry and preparing to send it back to us. Jewelry which has been worn will incur a refinishing fee and jewelry that has been damaged will not be accepted.
Please use all original packaging and insure that pieces are secure in their boxes. It is advised to get a tracking number and/or insurance when shipping back your piece. We do not take responsibility for return packages lost or damaged in transit. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Repairs
Repairs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. A fee may be issued depending on the repair. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on any repair items.
