How long will my order take?
Our current production time is 6-10 weeks for most pieces.
Engagement rings, pieces with stones, and custom pieces have a 10-16 week turnaround time.
One of a kind pieces and seconds sales pieces ship within one week of purchase.
Can you rush my order?
Orders may be rushed if possible, but will require a rush fee to move it ahead in production. Please contact us ahead of time if your order is time sensitive.
Can I return/cancel my order?
Since all of our pieces are handmade to order specially for the purchaser, all orders are considered final sale and ineligible for return.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled for a refund. If you need to make a change to your order, a fee may apply if changes are possible.
Brass and sterling silver rings may be exchanged for a different size if requested within 7 days of delivery.
How do I figure out my ring size?
The best way to find out your ring size is to be sized in person at a local jewelry store. There are also ring sizers you can purchase online, or if you have a ring that fits you well, you can refer to this chart.
Can you resize my ring?
Brass and sterling silver pieces can be exchanged for a different size if requested within 7 days of delivery. Solid gold pieces can be resized for a fee.
Can you repair my piece?
Repairs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. A fee may be issued depending on the repair. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on any repair items.
Can you use my stone to create a custom piece?
Unfortunately, we are not currently working with customer provided stones or metal.
Can you make my piece with gold plating or gold fill?
We only work with solid metals and do not work with gold plating or gold fill for sustainability purposes.
Do you have a storefront?
We only sell online and to a select amount of small businesses listed under our stockist section.
